Here we answer common questions that you may have as a potential customer. This is to be able to give you information quickly and easily in the store and to reduce cases for your customer service.


How can I pay in the store?

You can pay securely in the store with card and Klarna.


How long is the delivery time?

Our usual delivery time is between 2 - 5 working days. ATTENTION! Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday the following week at the earliest.


Can I delete or change my order?

You cannot add or remove products from a completed order. If you wish to add something, you make a new separate order for the item(s) in question.

If you regret one or more items in your order, we offer a 30-day open purchase. You can read more about open purchase and right of withdrawal as well as exceptions to these here.


Where is my order?

An email with delivery information will be sent to you as soon as the package is on its way. There you will find information regarding your delivery and how you can track your package. Your order will be delivered directly to your mailbox in the first instance, unless otherwise stated. If the package does not fit in your mailbox, it will be left outside your door or delivered to the nearest delivery point. If it is delivered to an agent, you will receive a notification as soon as your package is available for collection.


Can I order outside of Sweden?

Yes. We deliver to all EU countries, as well as Norway. Select your desired country for delivery at checkout, and you will see which shipping options we offer.
